Still life drawing workshop
Join Hayle and Shine for a relaxed morning of Still Life Drawing in Carlton with friends! Set in our lovely Pop Up Shop space on Lygon street, it’s perfect if you’re an experienced artist or just a beginner wanting to explore your creative side, all are welcome! You’ll be sketching a fun + quirky still life tablescape while enjoying drinks + nibbles, with helpful tips and guidance from Hayley as you go.
Feel free to bring your own art supplies, or we will have plenty available to use. We love the idea of keeping this a relaxed, mostly unguided experience to enjoy and explore your creativity, and a chance to connect with local creatives.
This session will be led by artist Hayley Sinnatt of Hayle and Shine, whose playful and fun approach to art and teaching will create a wholesome and relaxed environment for you to come and enjoy an inclusive safe space.
What you’ll get:
☀️ A quirky and colourful still life tablescape to draw from, full of fun and foody objects to get the creative juices flowing. If you want to add anything cool to contribute to the table, please bring it along!
☀️Guided intervals to work to (or not to work to) plus an opportunity to connect to creative types.
☀️Basic drawing supplies for you to use- paper, charcoal, graphite pencils, coloured pencils, pastels, markers etc. (BYO other materials or sketchbook if you wish!)
